		<description>Indeed, cashflow is king in my eyes, especially passive income, ie income from your investments outside of your salary/wages job.  By building up sufficient cashflow from your investments you maybe able to one day replace your salary with the investment cashflow, that would be sweet, having the choice of whether to work or not.</description>

The personal finance authors I have read tend to casually assume the reader has sufficient and regular cashflow, and needs only to learn how to manage their spending and investing appropriately.</description>
